Dr Peter Jones
MB ChB, FRACGP
In 2014, Dr Peter Jones emigrated to Australia from Manchester in the UK, where he was the lead GP for 25 years. Dr Peter has enjoyed living and being a member of the Bribie Island community ever since.
Dr Peter has special interests in: Chronic Disease (Diabetes & Cardiovascular Disease), Men’s Health, Dermatology, Family Medicine, and Workcover. Dr Peter is able to perform joint injections, skin checks and minor surgical procedures.
Dr Jones is available Monday to Thursday.
Dr Mohamed Mohd
MBBS
Dr Mohamed Mohd completed his medical training overseas before relocating to Australia in 2011. Since this time, he has worked in a number of positions within hospital and GP clinical settings throughout Victoria and Queensland. With experience in both metro and regional locations, Dr Mohn joins Bribie MediPlus with a passion for family medicine, paediatrics and chronic disease management.
Outside of work, you’ll likely find him spending time with family and friends, or catching up on a FC Barcelona match – his favourite football team.
Dr Farah Aziz
MBBS
Dr Farah Aziz is a General Practitioner with a strong background in hospital medicine and a passion for providing comprehensive, patient-focused care.
She completed her medical degree overseas and moved to Australia in 2017, where she worked in several hospitals across Queensland gaining valuable experience in emergency care, internal medicine, geriatric medicine, general surgery, paediatrics and women’s health.
Areas of interest include Chronic disease management, General medicine, Pregnancy, Women’s health and Preventive Care.
Outside of medicine she enjoys spending time with both her daughter and cat.
